Mint a short-lived signed URL for the file's content

Mints a short-lived signed URL for the file’s content: the content host serves it without a token until it expires (Media:Content:Signing:Lifetime, five minutes unless configured), for a caller who may read the file. An image transform may be asked for with the content host’s own parameters (width, height, fit, gravity, focal, format, quality, strip, orient); it is normalised the way the content host does and covered by the signature, so the URL cannot be changed into another picture. The plain id URLs of Nimles.Media.Contract.Models.File.FileModel keep working; this is additive.
